Terms and conditions

• You must be over 18 to apply.

• You must be the legal guardian of the child or have permission to enter the child's image or video file.

• By entering you understand your image or video file will be used within a slideshow on social media.

• Current COVID-19 guidelines need to be adhered to.

• Your session will last up to 60 minutes.

• The session cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or vouchers.

• Parent/guardian must be present at all times.

• There is no cash alternative to the session.

• Only 1 competition or Free session per family is allowed in a calendar year

• Both the session and gallery viewing appointment must be attended to receive your desk portrait.

There will be the opportunity to purchase additional portrait art at your gallery viewing if you wish to.

Please note that you will be asked for a refundable booking deposit to secure your session date, this is to ensure you arrive for the session slot and not waste our studio giveaway.
