By entering my 12 Days of Christmas Giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

1. Prizes are as described

Each prize is fixed and cannot be swapped, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another person. Prizes are awarded as outlined in the calendar, no customisations or substitutions will be offered.

2. Sessions must be used within 6 months

All photo session prizes must be booked and completed within 6 months of the prize being awarded. Any unclaimed or unbooked sessions after this time will be forfeited.

3. £25 refundable deposit applies to all photo session prizes

A £25 deposit is payable when booking any session won in the giveaway. This secures your chosen date and is either refunded or used towards additional purchases at your design consultation and ordering appointment. Missed appointments without notice will result in the deposit being retained.

4. Prize value cannot be split or carried over

If your prize includes a product (like a print credit, desk frame, or mini album), it must be used in one order and cannot be applied across multiple sessions. No change or credit will be given if unused.

5. Prize cannot be combined or used alongside other offers or vouchers

Giveaway prizes must be redeemed separately from any other studio promotions, gift vouchers, or offers unless otherwise stated by Serena at Child Whisperer Photography.

6. Winners will be contacted via email

All advent prizes will be revealed by email in December and valid for 6 months from January 5th 2026. By entering the giveaway, you agree to be contacted by Child Whisperer Photography using the details you’ve provided. You can unsubscribe at any time, but you’ll stop receiving prize notifications if you do.

7. Only one entry per household per day

Duplicate entries may be removed. The giveaway is open to UK residents only, and prizes must be claimed by the entrant who registered. If multiple prizes are won it is at the discretion of Child Whisperer Photography whether they can be combined, duplicate prizes such as discounts or wall credit may not be combined in any single session.

8. Fair use and integrity

Child Whisperer Photography reserves the right to cancel or amend any prize in the event of circumstances beyond our control and also reserve the right to 

disqualify entries that appear to be dishonest or in breach of these terms.

9. Travel is not included

All sessions take place at Child Whisperer Photography’s studio in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. If you live outside the local area, you’re welcome to enter, but any travel costs or arrangements are your responsibility. Travel expenses are not included in any prize.
